Helena Rebelo Pinto
Guest Full Professor at FCH-UCP, where she coordinated the Institute for Family Sciences, the Master's Degree program in Family Sciences, the MSc. Program in Psychology of Business and Economics and the Undergraduate program in Psychology. She holds both Honors and PhD degrees in Psychology from the University of Lisbon, where she later became a Full Professor at the Faculty of Psychology. Her research interests focus on the domains of Health, Education and Family, as well as sleep research and sleep education, particularly with children and adolescents within the contexts of basic and secondary schools on programs involving parents and teachers. Her most recent publications include scientific articles, publications for wider audiences, as well as pedagogical materials for usage in educational interventions.

Cátia Reis
Chronobiologist and certified somnologist with a PhD in Environmental Health by the Lisbon Medical School, University of Lisbon. She's an Invited Assistant Professor at FCH-UCP and researcher at the Católica Research Centre for Psychological, Family and Social Wellbeing (CRC-W) since 2020. She collaborates also as a researcher at the IMM-Lopes lab and ISAMB, both from the Lisbon Medical School. Portuguese representative of the international Global Chrono Corona Study (GCCS) and ICOSS study. Co-coordinates the collaborative study EuroSleep. Author and co-author of several publications in biological rhythms and sleep, shift work, circadian rhythm sleep-wake disorders. Her research interests focus on the understanding of the impact of circadian disruption in the physical mental and cognitive performance of individuals and to understand its relationship with the different human chronotypes.

Carolina Maruta
Invited assistant professor at the Undergraduate Program in Psychology of the FCH-UCP and researcher of the Católica Research Center for Psychological, Family & Social Wellbeing of (CRC-W) since 2018. She holds a PhD in Biomedical Sciences (Neurosciences) by University of Lisbon. She's also a Clinical Neuropsychologist at Laboratório de Estudos de Linguagem from Faculty of Medicine, University of Lisbon and CENC - Sleep Medicine Center. Author and co-author of several publications about neurocognitive / neurobehavioral manifestations following brain injury and cognitive aging / dementia. Her main research interests include normal and pathological cognitive aging (dementia), and sleep and cognition.
